Hi, my name is Florian Forster and I often go by the nickname octo. I was born, grew up and am still living in Nürnberg, Germany.
One of my main hobbies is programming. I publish the vast majority of my projects under free software licenses and I regularly engage in other free software projects. My favorite programming language is C and I also know a good deal about Perl.
I'm also interested in computer science, especially combinatorics and optimization.
